Hi All

I also posted in the Software Forum, I am available for help with PropForth.

Anyone interested in using Forth on the Propeller can discuss issues here.

The single-processor version of PropForth is to be tweaked to use the Hive hardware, when I get my units built.
Perhaps its too early, but I'm looking for a name for the package, something like 'Hive Jupiter ACE Prop'. Any suggestions?

The multi-processor version of propforth MAY be tweakable to support N-processors. Is anyone working on distributed parallel processing?

Cheers!

Thanks for the information and suggestion.

I think "Hive: Jupiter ACE" will work nicely.
We are also working on a "C3: Jupiter ACE" that has a single prop and only 43x15 character VGA, the C3 hardware is in planning on the parallax forums http://forums.parallaxinc.com/forums/de ... 3&m=469318
and a "Prop Demo Board: Jupiter ACE" that relies on a dumb terminal or PC terminal program, but I don't know if the demo board version will qualify as a 'Jupiter ACE'

FYI -
I tracked down the current owner of the Jupiter ACE name. He has given permission to use the Jupiter ACE name in association with "hobbyist" projects (open source). If anybody plans a commercial project and plans to use 'Jupiter ACE' as a name, there must be discussion with the name owner and/or a herd of lawyers to establish proper rights and licensing or something to that effect.
